Come by the library and bring the kiddos Wednesday the 23rd for a short demonstration on how to effectively apply waterslide temporary tattoos, then choose your own from a selection of designs to be picked up any time during normal business hours on Tuesday or Wednesday the following week, just in time for Halloween!
